Please use the following form to enroll online. After you have selected your classes press the “Checkout” button.
Payment is due at time of enrollment.
Refund Policy: To assure continuing class availability to all students, refunds will only be processed for a class when notice is given no less than 7 days prior to the start of class.
If class is scheduled within the 7 days prior to the start date, attendance is mandatory.
Self Studies: Due to the nature of Self Studies, any requests for changes or refunds after the materials have shipped will not be processed.
Enrollment is based on availability. Please note classes may be full due to limitations on class size. An email will be sent to confirm or adjust the requested class dates.
**Important Student Information** People paying for class(es) on behalf of someone else, fill out the "Instructions to merchant" with the student's information:
- First name
- Last name
- Full mailing address
- Phone number (including area code)
- Email address.
