We have an opening for a detailed oriented, organized and multi-tasking Accountant to join our growing team. You will prepare financial statements for multiple companies, provide support to the accounting manager and chief financial officer including research, reporting and analysis and maintain and reconcile the general ledger, prepare journal entries and perform the monthly closing process. Other duties will include coding and reviewing accounts payable invoices and processing them for payment, researching accounts receivable balances and reviewing payroll postings to the general ledger. This position requires a bachelor degree in accounting and at least 4 years of accounting experience. Adult Family Home Resident Manager (Snohomish)

The Resident Manager will work alongside an Adult Family Home Facilitator to meet needs of adults living in an Adult Family Home and who are developmentally disabled or chronically mentally ill. Duties include providing direct care; advocating for residents; communicating with doctors, DSHS and other professionals; monitoring and training staff; maintaining accurate client and employee files; documenting basic financial records; and assisting clients with basic living skills. CDP/Community Choice Guide (Snohomish County)

The Chemical Dependency Professional/Community Choice Guide (CDP/CCG) position serves a wide variety of clients who either have substance misuse issues or who are involved in case management or client-care/housing transition. The CDP function is part of the Substance Misuse Program, a fill-the-gap program designed to promote engagement by building rapport and using a customized approach. The CCG role supports the Roads to Community Living Program, which assists adults to successfully transition from Skilled Nursing Facilities into the wider community, including finding placement in adult family homes, assisted living facilities, or an apartment or house. We are seeking dedicated, motivated, and customer-service oriented people to join our team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working with shifting priorities while managing short- and long-term client needs. Initially part-time, the position is expected to grow to full-time as these new and rapidly-growing programs expand. Coordinate and implement a transition plan for individuals. Identify appropriate placements. Work closely with the individual and with their Skilled Nursing Facility staff, DSHS Case Manager, other professionals, and family.
